I love love love love love Tori. This is an absolutely flawless SI/OC fic which I devoured in less than 24 hours. I love the ninja science, I love the Akatsuki interactions, I love the absurd applications of fuinjutsu.

He's frustrated, and trying not to be depressed about it as he's filling the forms out at night in his small, one-bedroom apartment.

And yeah, maybe he's had a few drinks when he thinks: wouldn't it be funny if he put Lan Wangji as his emergency contact?

I've been with The Moss since 2021, and it's become such a comforting constant in my life with its richy furnished world and beautiful art. I have written multiple manifestos on it. I finally caught up to it (for the first time) in August 2023, and my life is better for the time I put into this fic.

I'd qualify this as (recent) historical fiction with a focus on a very, very broken family and all the ways intergenerational trauma manifests. There's also weed.

The Moss is an incredibly unique fic that is near and dear to my heart. I'd definitely recommend seeing if it's for you!

The gold standard for HashiTobi and a favorite of our (remarkably small) fandom. My favorite part is chapter 9. Madara is in the rest of it but I won't hold that against him.
