The imagery in this one was incredible. Finishing this fic made me feel delightfully hollow and lonely.The sheer amount of characterization conveyed in >2000 words with no dialogue. The beautifully elaborate sentences reeking of paradoxical ennui and desperation that go nowhere at all in the end. A keeper for making a rainy day rainier.
